At HeartyHale, we are committed to providing quality wellness products and a reliable customer experience. Because of the nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used.
2. Eligible Returns
We may accept a return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- the return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery
- the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:
- a replacement
- store credit
- a refund, where appropriate
In some cases, we may ask you to provide additional photos or return the item before a replacement or refund is approved.
4. Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If another payment method was used and a refund to the original source is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative where applicable.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- opened, used, or unsealed products
- return requests made after the stated return window
- items sent back without prior approval
- delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout
- delays caused by the courier, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control
- dissatisfaction based on personal preference, expectation, or individual response
